Program Manager

I’m responsible for managing the Research & Development program of Northeast Gas Association; to identify innovation opportunities in existing gas distribution networks; and also, to develop new technology solutions and increase safety.

• Developing product prototypes and new technology applications through organizing field demonstrations to test solutions for: Pipe Location & Damage Prevention, Leak Detection, Real- time Sensing & Inspection for Distribution, Reducing Environmental and Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Gas Quality as well as the Evaluation of New Materials.
• Creating new business, sales, and future expansion opportunities in the North American Natural Gas utility market.
• Successfully managing customer accounts and stakeholder relationships in the western region of the United States

Manufacturing Process Engineer
I was responsible for executing and managing the product and process validation lifecycle studies for the automated manufacturing systems and equipment that support good manufacturing practices for biologic products and medicines.

• Successfully applied cGMP best practices, while following regulations and QA lifecycle documents to maintain compliance with federal health organization standards and Genentech’s specific quality control requirements.
• Managed all change control notices within quality management systems (QMS) and IT infrastructure system, in order to ensure that changes to a product or system are introduced in a controlled and coordinated manner.
• Managed field test projects from end to end, from working with equipment operators, suppliers and vendors.

• Led a cross- functional team of 5 designers, engineers, installers, and sales associates to drive company revenue.

• Worked with Construction, Logistics and equipment vendors to ensure parts are delivered on the installation day.

Process Engineer
I was responsible for commissioning a natural gas liquids (NGL) processing plant, while facilitating Process Hazard Analysis in collaboration with automation engineers to design improved control systems for optimal plant systems performance.

• Developed process solutions by working with gas plant operations personnel to help improve plant operations.
• Implemented entire project cycle for field generated plant improvement projects including design developments.
• Collected and analyzed data to troubleshoot engineering issues in NGL and chemical plant detail designs.
