Use JDE Software in general maintenance administration and other related works.

Organize Safety Tool Box/Pre- shift Safety meeting with the maintenance personnel to discuss safety.
Coordinate all safety activities at workshop and report to the Engineering Manager.
Ensure Safe Work Permit is acquire and a task is carry out in total conformance to the Safe Work Permit
Attend production meetings with operation and give update of maintenance activities for the day at the maintenance section.
2, Heavy Duty Mechanic (Lead Hand)

DUTIES
Field trouble- shooting and problem solving using diagnosis aids like CAT ET, CAT SIS, VIMS, Volvo IMPACT and Volvo Tech- Tool (PROSIS)
Performing Preventive maintenance/service on equipment
Stripping and Reseal of hydraulic cylinders, control valves, pump, motors etc.
Carry out equipment general repairs and maintenances.
Components rebuild and components change out such as Engine, Transmission, Torque Converter, axle differential, Swing Box etc.
Carry out daily and weekly equipment inspection.
Other responsibilities:
HSE Representative, HME Workshop.
Represent HSE at Heavy Mining Equipment Maintenance Workshop
Ensure employees total compliance to HSE rules and regulations at the workplace
Perform workplace safety inspection and attend monthly safety meetings.
