• Ensuring company compliance with SHE legal requirements in Zimbabwe
• Implementation and maintenance of SHE management systems
• Developing, improving and guiding the implementation of SHE Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Developing and facilitating SHE training
• Ensuring adequate contractor SHE control in line with construction, mining, and factory regulations
• Conducting SHE internal audits
• Managing the incident investigation process and compiling a final report thereof. Ensuring close- out of identified action points
• Coordinating SHE external audits, hygiene surveys, and contractor pre- work SHE assessments
• Driving the risk management process (identify, investigate, mitigate, and review)

• Managing the Emex Risk Management Database, and reporting and interpreting results thereof to the LafargeHolcim Group SHE department
