1. OT INDUSTRIES (MOL Group) ,Project Director, 2018

The construction of a high- pressure natural gas pipeline from Lwówek to Odolanów of a diameter of 1000 mm, an operating pressure of 8.4 MPa and a length of 168 km. The part of North- South Gas Corridor, which will connect the LNG Terminal in Świnoujście with the Baltic Pipe, through central Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary with the proposed Adria LNG terminal in Croatia.

The investment has been divided into two stages:
• Stage I covers the connection of the Lwówek, Kotowo and Krobia nodes (about 114 km).
• Stage II covers the connection of Krobia and Odolanów nodes (about 54 km).
The contractor for the construction works of the first stage of the investment is the Consortium of PORR Polska Infrastructure S.A. and O.T. Industries- KVV Contractor CO. LTD.
A project of Community interest

In October 2013, the European Commission awarded the investment status as "Project of Common Interest".

Witnessing development and confirming WPSs, in acc.with the statutory requirements and project specification.Performing commissioning, technical expertise, operation tests & certification.
Monitoring and advising on the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reports which were measured against set standards. Advising on changes and how to implement them whilst providing training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.
Updating and maintaning of all documented systems and procedures, including the Project Quality Plan. Ensuring all project processes are compliant with the statutory requirements and project specification.
Planning and monitoring internal and external audits in accordance with the statutory requirements and project specification, providing feedback to implement improvement.
Ensuring the management of the NCR issues and follow- ups, quality alerting and Root & Cause Analysis to prevent re- occurrence of the problems.

Performing Independent Third Party Verification, commissioning, technical expertise, operation tests and certification on board of the offshore installations.

The Germanischer Lloyd SE is a classification society based in the city of Hamburg, Germany. As a technical supervisory organization Germanischer Lloyd conducts safety surveys on more than 7,000 ships with over 100 Mio GT.Its technical and engineering services also include the mitigation of risks and assurance of technical compliance for oil, gas and industrial installations as well as wind energy parks.
